How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Once your order is processed and lodged with Australia Post, depending on where you are in Australia and what the time of the year it is (i.e over the Christmas period orders can take up to 10 days or longer) orders generally take approximately 3 to 4 days to arrive (Please note, orders to our Western Australia and Northern Territory customers usually take slightly longer).

Does Magnolia Health have a store or outlet near me?

Magnolia Health doesn't have any physical outlets. Our speciality is providing our customers direct with specialised products via mail order, conveniently delivered to your door. We take orders via mail, over the telephone or via our website, so you don’t even need to leave your house!

Do Magnolia Health have any money back guarantees on their products?

We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases from Magnolia Health.  We do offer a 90 day money back guarantee on our vitamin supplement ranges. If you have used any of our vitamin products (as directed) within a period of 90 days and feel that they haven't been effective for you, you can apply for a refund of the cost of the product (less postage & handling).
