Who is Magnolia Health?

Magnolia Health is a family owned and run business situated in Brisbane, Queensland. Our small, but passionate team is committed to providing quality products and a personalised, friendly service.

Magnolia Health commenced business in 2007 and since then we have specialised in offering niche and specialised health products that may not otherwise be available in pharmacies and health food outlets.

As well as stocking specialised products as our core range, we have also added a number of general health products - all with the aim of assisting our customers maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

You will notice that Magnolia Health doesn't have a huge range of core products. This is because we are very selective about which products we stock. In order for a product to be added to the Magnolia Health range it must meet our high standards and selection criteria, and wherever possible used by us, or our family and friends before we offer it to our customers!

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to ship all products within 48 hours of order receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is processed we use either Australia Post (regular post) or Fastway Couriers to deliver your products. Depending on your location and the size and weight of your order, we will select the best shipping method.

Fastway Couriers can only deliver to certain areas in Australia (and no PO Boxes), and usually require a signature upon delivery. Australia Post deliver Australia wide but do not require a signature upon delivery.

Depending on where you are in Australia and what the time of the year it is (i.e over the Christmas period orders can take up to 10 days or longer) orders generally take approximately 3 to 4 days to arrive (Please note, orders to our Western Australia and Northern Territory customers usually take slightly longer).

I'm living outside of Australia - Can I still order from Magnolia Health?

Yes you can place an order with us. Please note that due to varying postal costs to international destinations, we will need to contact you to confirm the postage price before your order can be sent.

Due to various Customs policies, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery for any orders outside of Australia. This means we may not be able to re-ship your order, should it not arrive. Please note that additional duties and Customs fees may be due upon delivery of your order. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this many cause. Before ordering from us, please check your country's laws and be informed about which products you are able to import.

Does Magnolia Health have a store or outlet near me?

Magnolia Health doesn't have any physical outlets. Our speciality is providing our customers direct with specialised products via mail order, conveniently delivered to your door. We take orders via mail, over the telephone or via our website, so you don’t even need to leave your house!

Do Magnolia Health have any money back guarantees on their products?

We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases from Magnolia Health.  We do offer a 90 day money back guarantee on our vitamin supplement ranges. If you have used any of our vitamin products (as directed) within a period of 90 days and feel that they haven't been effective for you, you can apply for a refund of the cost of the product (less postage & handling).

Who do I contact if my order has not arrived in the normal timeframe or if there is a problem with my order?

We are a family run business and aim to provide a fast and friendly service. However, we are not perfect and sometimes mistakes do occur. Please let us know of any problems as soon as your parcel is received and we will do everything we can to rectifiy the situation for you. We want you to be happy!

Should I consult my doctor before I start taking a herbal remedy/supplement?

Yes. Before you start taking any new supplements or herbal remedies, particularly if you are on prescription medication, it is safest that you first consult your doctor or a medical professional before taking anything new.
